Bob Cutlip joined Sealy & Company as Managing Director in 2010. Bob is based in the Company’s Atlanta, Georgia office where he directs acquisition, development and disposition activities for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic Region. His lead responsibilities include sourcing transactions in the Carolinas, underwriting all transactions in the Region, negotiating and executing development activities, and overseeing asset management plan execution. Bob is also a member of Sealy’s senior management team.

 

Bob received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy, his Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California. He has served in several executive positions including Executive Vice President of First Industrial Realty Trust, Senior Vice President of Highwoods Properties in Raleigh, North Carolina and Regional Executive Vice President of Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation.  He has served as National Chairman for National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) in 2006 and is currently serving as Chairman of the NAIOP Research Foundation. Bob is also a Member of the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Credit and Capital Advisory Board and the NAIOP Industrial Forum.
