Wade is a thirty-five year veteran of the Commercial Real Estate industry, with a depth of experience in acquisitions, depositions, management, marketing, and development.
Wade initially joined the company in 1984 in Shreveport, Louisiana, serving dual roles in property management and leasing.
In 1989, Sealy Real Estate Services was established to provide in house management for all Sealy owned properties throughout the Gulf States area.
That same year Wade relocated from Shreveport to Houston and opened the first field office for the company, assuming the management and leasing of the Sealy Houston Portfolio.
In 1990, Wade also opened a second field office in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area.
In 1997, Sealy elected to enter the world of publicly held companies by merging into an UPREIT agreement with First Industrial Realty Trust, thus taking the company public.
After a four-year period in which Wade operated the Houston Portfolio for First Industrial, Sealy returned to the Private sector. Wade once again joined the Sealy team as Regional Director for the Houston Portfolio.
