Bollinger Inks Sealy Deal at James Business Park Portofolio

Sealy & Company announced today that Bollinger Shipyards signed a long-term deal to extend its lease for 9,959 square feet in the 43,055 square foot, One James Park Office Building in James Business Park, St. Charles Parish.

Managed by Sealy & Company, The Lightstone Group’s South Louisiana Portfolio of office and industrial properties is currently 93% leased. Sealy’s Jennifer A. Lee, CCIM, SIOR, Director of Marketing & Leasing, represented Lightstone Group in the transaction.
