NEW ORLEANS, March 15, 2010 – Sealy & Company, Inc. announced today that Siemens Corporation signed a long term lease for 25,498 square feet at Lightstone Group’s Service Center 24 building in James Business Park. The Sealy-managed, Lightstone Group’s South Louisiana Portfolio is currently 92% leased.
 

Negotiations for Lightstone Group were handled by Sealy’s Director of Marketing & Leasing Jennifer A. Lee, CCIM, SIOR. Gerard Henry, SIOR of Max J. Derbes, Inc. and John Wolf, SIOR of Fischer & Company represented the tenant.
 

“The deal consolidates Siemens Corporation and Siemens Sylvania and positions the group to operate easily and efficiently from the same modern facility for years to come,” Lee said.
