Sealy & Company Inks Deal with Mohawk Carpet Distribution, Inc. for 23,604 Square Feet

BATON ROUGE, January 21, 2010 – Sealy & Company, Inc. announced today that Mohawk Carpet Distribution, Inc. signed a long term lease for 23,604 square feet at Lightstone Group’s Baton Rouge 12 distribution facility in the Industriplex Business Park. The Sealy-managed, Lightstone Group’s South Louisiana Portfolio is currently 91.6% leased.

Negotiations for Lightstone Group were handled by Sealy’s Director of Marketing & Leasing Jennifer A. Lee, CCIM, SIOR.
