Sealy & Company Renews Office Lease with TSA for 10,084 Square Feet in James Business Park

Sealy & Company announced today that the General Services Administration (“GSA”) has extended its Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Lease for space in Sealy’s 53,520 square foot, Two James Park office building located at 125 Mallard Street in James Business Park in St. Charles Parish. The 10,084 square foot lease is for 10 years.

Two James Park is presently 100% leased bringing the Sealy-managed, Lightstone Group South Louisiana Portfolio to a leased total of 93%.

Jennifer A. Lee, CCIM, SIOR, Sealy’s Director of Marketing & Leasing, represented Lightstone and the General Services Administration.

The Transportation Security Administration who has the responsibility to protect the Nation from border to border, port to port and curb to cockpit, is a division of the Department of Homeland Security.
