Sealy and Company Signs Two 20,000 Square Foot Renewal Deals in the Industriplex Business Area

Sealy & Company announced today that Southwest Stainless and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana each signed renewal leases for 20,000 square feet in Sealy-managed, Lightstone-owned 108,800 square foot Baton Rouge 6 and 53,604 square foot Baton Rouge 12 located in the Industriplex Business Park.
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association is a national federation of 39 independent, community-based and locally operated Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies, that collectively provide healthcare coverage for more than 100 million – one in three – Americans.
Founded in 1974, Southwest Stainless carries one of the nation’s largest inventories of stainless steel piping products, as well as a full line of valves, fittings, flanges and bar. They also offer products in a variety of other metals, including nickel alloy, chrome alloy, aluminum alloy and carbon.
Negotiations for both transactions were handled by Jennifer A. Lee, CCIM, SIOR, Director of Marketing and Leasing of Sealy and Company.
