The Lightstone Group Reports Strong Industrial Leasing Activity in Baton Rouge, La.

BATON ROUGE, La., Oct. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lightstone Group today announced
12,000-square-feet of lease extensions at 11441 Industriplex Boulevard in
Baton Rouge, La. 
 
11441 Industriplex Boulevard features 35,596 square feet of office, showroom
and warehouse space with flexible floor plans. The complex is easily
accessible to Interstates 10 and 12, and Airline Highway and is situated in a
highly visible, professionally landscaped environment, well known to the Baton
Rouge business community.
 
Laboratory Corporation of America® Holdings, an S&P 500 company, has signed a
9,206-square-foot lease extension in the building. The company is a pioneer in
commercializing new diagnostic technologies and provides leading-edge medical
laboratory tests and services through a national network of primary clinical
laboratories. LabCorp will continue to use this space as an office, as well as
technology and laboratory purposes. Richard Juge of RE/Max Commercial
Properties in New Orleans, La., represented the tenant.
 
Motorola, Inc., a leading provider of broadband communications infrastructure,
enterprise mobility and public safety solutions to high-definition video and
mobile devices, signed a 3,306-square-foot lease extension and will continue
to use the space as a general office for sales and warehouse of products.
Motorola was represented by Bill Gremillion of NAI/Latter & Blum of Baton
Rouge, La.
