Jennifer Lee is the director of marketing and leasing for Sealy & Company’s South Louisiana region. Jennifer joined Sealy in 1997 and then served as leasing manager for First Industrial Realty Trust after Sealy and First Industrial’s UPREIT, merging its South Louisiana interests with First Industrial. Jennifer is responsible for leasing over two million square feet of office and industrial space including the marketing and leasing of all new speculative development projects in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge markets. Jennifer also acts as a tenant rep broker and has completed over 460 leases with volume exceeding $120 million.

Prior to Sealy, Jennifer worked as leasing administrator and the assistant property manager for Corporate Realty, Inc. and Columbus Metairie Properties at The Galleria in Metairie. Jennifer is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and served as the 2005 president for the LA CCIM Chapter. She is also an Active Industrial member of the The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, involved with both the New Orleans and Baton Rouge Commercial Investment Division (CID).
