Twisted Root Burger Company is coming to Shreveport!  Jo Ann Wheless, Associate Broker with Sealy Real Estate Services recently closed a deal that will allow the Dallas-based burger restaurant to plant itself firmly in Shreveport. 

Roger DeKay, CCIM, Associate Broker with Sealy Real Estate Services brokered a lease that will bring Denny’s Restaurant to Bossier City.

Sealy & Company has leased 60,884 square feet of space at Frisco Commons to Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy, LLC.

Jonathan Kay has joined the Atlanta office as Senior Property Manager and will be leading the property management duties and staff for the Atlanta portfolio.

Sealy & Company, LLC (“Sealy”), a fully integrated commercial real estate investment and operating firm, reports that it has completed an initial closing of Sealy Strategic Equity Partners, LP (“SSEP”), a private placement offering.  A total of 195,114 Class A and Preferred Equity Units were issued in conjunction with the consolidation of seventeen entities into one single diversified entity with a gross market value of approximately $130 million.  Sealy believes that it will be optimal to grow SSEP’s portfolio to an aggregate value of $300-$500 million.  Sealy is the Sponsor of SSEP and has an ownership interest through related entities.
