Sealy & Grant

The Palomino Crossing project will include four office buildings and a shopping strip.

Developer Sealy & Grant LP said Thursday it will build a $150 million mixed-use development in West Plano.

The Palomino Crossing project will include four office buildings and a shopping strip.

Work on the complex is set to begin this month on State Highway 121 and Spring Creek Parkway.

The development adjoins the hugely successful Legacy business park.

"Palomino Crossing is ideally positioned in one of the nation¹s most renowned corporate settings," Brian Grant, a partner in Sealy & Grant, said Thursday in a statement. "Also, one of the largest retail centers in the Southwest, Stonebriar Centre, as well as multiple entertainment attractions such as the Dr Pepper Star Center and the Dr Pepper 7-UP Ballpark are within five miles."

The campus-style project was designed by Dallas architect Corgan Associates and will include a large water feature.

The two and three-story office buildings will contain more than a half million square feet of space. And retail buildings will front along Highway 121.

Sealy & Grant LP is a Dallas-based a division of Louisiana-based Sealy & Co.

Dallas' Capstar Commercial Real Estate Services has been hired to lease the office space. And Brent Wicker of Wicker and Associates of Dallas will market the retail sites.
