Colleyville-based Realty Capital Corp. has sold 5.6 acres in its Stonebridge Park development in Southlake to Cantex Senior Communities. The senior housing firm is building Carlyle at Stonebridge Park, a high-end residential health service facility. Chad O'Neal of Realty Capital negotiated the sale with Westy Young of the Frey Young Group.
A California investor bought the Greenhill Apartments, a 50-unit rental complex at 403 Small Hill Road in Grand Prairie. Sam Pettigrew and Elliott Carpenter of the Cantrell Co. negotiated the sale.
A local investor purchased three adjoining office buildings containing 19,160 square feet of space at 111-119 Executive Way in DeSoto from Select Executive Properties. Bill Mote of Mote and Associates negotiated the sale.
Jonni Investment Co. purchased a 10,500-square-foot neighborhood retail center at the northwest corner of Saginaw Boulevard and Cambridge Drive in Saginaw. Eddie Liebman of the Weitzman Group handled negotiations.
Leases
Masco Builder Cabinet Group leased 66,668 square feet of industrial space from DCT Pinnacle LP in the Pinnacle Industrial Center at 4039 Rock Quarry Road in Dallas. Gary Lindsey of Grubb & Ellis Co. negotiated the transaction with Craig Jones of NAI Robert Lynn Co.
Evergreen Shipping Agency America leased 19,778 square feet of office space at 16000 Dallas Parkway in Dallas from Carr NP TX Properties LP. Peter Danna of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease.
PPG Architectural Finishes expanded into 18,200 square feet of space at Sealy & Co.'s building at 2515 Willowbrook in Dallas. Mike Calleja of PPG and Parke Miller of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.
Aire Dynamics leased 16,033 square feet of industrial space at 3250 W. Story Drive. Adam Hammack of CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord with Joe Whitmer of Transwestern.
TLC Engineering for Architecture leased 9,700 square feet of space for its offices in Gaedeke Group's Fitzhugh Central building at 4131 N. Central Expressway in Dallas. Belinda Dabliz of Gaedeke Group negotiated the lease with Josh White of Jones Lang LaSalle.
Advantage Fixtures Inc. leased 8,905 square feet of industrial space in the Lombardy Distribution Center at 10480 Shady Trail in Dallas from American Realty Advisors. Cribb Altman and Lee Wagner with Grubb & Ellis Co. handled the transaction.
American Medical Response, an emergency medical services company, leased 8,427 square feet in the Centre Office Park on Midway Road in Farmers Branch. Buddy Tompkins and Seth Thatcher of GVA Cawley Realty Services arranged the lease with Rob Kingsbury of Jones Lang LaSalle.
TransAtlantic Petroleum Corp. expanded its office in the Premier Place building at 5910 N. Central Expressway in Dallas to 7,780 square feet. Parker Handlin and Tim Terrell of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Clay Gilbert and Dennis Barnes of CB Richard Ellis.
ION Associates leased 7,580 square feet of office space at 2221 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington from Brookhollow II Holdings LLC. Bryan Graham of CB Richard Ellis brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co. leased 6,129 square feet of space at the Summit of Preston Trails office complex at Preston and Campbell roads in Dallas for its Dallas regional sales office. Clif Cone, Haley Zemanek and Jamie Klein of RM Crowe Co. negotiated the lease with Mike Wyatt, Bill McClung and Robbie Baty of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc.
