Construction To Begin on Palomino Crossing

New Mixed-Use Development To Include Four Office Buildings, Eight Retail Sites
Developer Sealy & Grant LP will break ground on Palomino Crossing in the coming weeks. The master plan for the mixed-use development calls for four office buildings totaling 540,000 square feet of office space and includes eight sites for retail development. The office buildings will sit on 38 acres, while the retail component measures 14.3 acres.
A multi-level water feature and an ornate bridge will highlight the office campus. It is estimated construction will take approximately one year. Dallas-based Corgan & Associates is the architect for the project.
The team of Clint Madison, Trey Smith and Johnny Johnson at CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate Services will lease the office properties. Brent Wicker with Wicker and Associates of Dallas will handle retail leasing.
