Expansions, Relocations & Extensions: Reliable Tire Inc.

Reliable Tire Inc., one of the nation's largest tire distributors, renewed its 56,000-square-foot lease at the Button Gwinnett Business Center in Doraville, GA. The 280,000-square-foot industrial building was constructed in 1979 at 2351 Button Drive. John Crawford and Ray Dankberg of Grubb & Ellis represented Reliable Tire. Joseph Rogers of Wilson Hull & Neal and Chris Copenhaver of Sealy & Co. represented the landlord. (By: Ashley Willis)
