Sealy & Grant Begins Construction on Mixed-Use Development
PLANO, TEXAS

Sealy & Grant has begun construction on a mixed-use development called Palomino Crossing, which will be located at State Highway 121 and Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. The mixed-use development will include 4 office buildings situated on 38 acres and 8 sites for retail establishments situated on 14.3 acres. The four office properties include 3 three-story buildings and a two-story structure totaling of 540,000 square feet of overall office space. Corgan Associates Inc. of Dallas is the designer of the project.
