He is involved in the development of company leasing plans and sales marketing techniques. Dickson is also very active in real estate consultation for many financial institutions, investors and tenants. He has a complete understanding of the various markets in real estate as well as the ability to recognize the trends and values associated with each of these markets. Dickson's broad base of expertise in commercial, office, retail and industrial real estate transactions makes him an essential part of Sealy and Company, Inc.'s national organization. Dickson has served on the development team of some of the largest development projects in the Shreveport-Bossier City area. He has also completed the acquisition and sale of numerous large investment and commercial properties. Recent transactions include more than 1,000,000 square feet of industrial and office space in the Shreveport/Bossier City market. Dickson graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a
degree in Business Administration. He holds the designations of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and
CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
He serves on numerous professional boards and committees, including past
president of the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Board
of Realtors. He is also a Realtor member of the
Louisiana REALTORS® Association
and the Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute.
