Charlene Hitzman is the Senior Property Manager, responsible for the management of Sealy’s New Orleans and Baton Rouge portfolio.  In addition to portfolio management, she oversees the maintenance department as well as the office management.  She has been a part of the management of the New Orleans and Baton Rouge portfolio since 1989 and as has been working in real estate management for twenty years.  She is currently obtaining her CPM designation.
