He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1975 and has spent more than 24 years providing brokerage services to clients in South Louisiana. Some of his corporate clients include: Browning Ferris Industries, Mead Paper Co., Exxon Company, USA Marketing, FDIC, Honeywell, Inc., Federal Express, Hibernia Bank, Bank One, Pioneer Chemical and Kaiser Aluminum Corp. Mike currently acts as the Managing Broker of Sealy & Falgoust Real Estate, L.L.C. in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mike is responsible for the operations and sales activities in the Baton Rouge office. He has been extremely successful in securing a diverse group of 12 professional sales associates and brokers, who handle all types of commercial transactions in central and south Louisiana. Mike holds the SIOR designation and currently serves as the President of the LA-MS-AL Chapter. Additionally, he is an active member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®. Mike is a member of the Commercial Investment Division (CID), served as its President in 1989 and was Member of the Year in 1991. Falgoust has served on the CID Board for five years and has played an instrumental role in the Trends publication and seminar. Mike is a member of the Baton Rouge Chamber of Commerce and served on the Economic Development Panel from 1992 through 1994.
