His responsibility directly involves the companies overall operations which include Brokerage, Property Management and Investments, Portfolio Management and Financial Management. On a daily basis, Sealy is involved in investment acquisitions and serves as the company Administrator. Mark's experience includes lease transactions in retail, office and industrial properties. In addition, he has significant experience with investment acquisitions and dispositions. He has been actively involved in the acquisition and asset management of multi-family, office, industrial, retail strip and mall properties. Brokerage experience also includes, fast food and grocery store chains, restaurants, regional retailers and distributors as well as a broad spectrum of local businesses. His experience with the management sector of the business was instrumental in expanding his knowledge of the operation and feasibility of investment property. Mark has a thorough knowledge of computer systems and directs the Information Systems division of the company. He has been instrumental in the installation of the company's overall computer systems and has coordinated the development of software to handle property management, investment analysis, insurance tracking and ad valorem taxes. These systems follow proven methods of the real estate industry and provide accurate, up to date brokerage listing information, investment analysis and aid in the property management process. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
from the University of Denver, in Denver, Colorado, where he majored in
real estate and construction management. His continuing education has centered
on property management, the analysis of commercial real estate and computer
systems. He is a member of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors, the
Louisiana REALTORS® Association,
National Association of REALTORS®,
Shreveport Chamber of Commerce
and the Shreveport Regional Arts Council (SRAC).
