Michael P. Sealy is Development Manager for Sealy & Grant, responsible for managing strategic development projects from conception to final closeout of the construction loan. His duties include site selection, client and partner relations, as well as all components of the development process, including development, budgeting, lease review, and administration of the construction process. Sealy joined the firm in 2000 in the management and portfolio acquisition areas specializing in industrial and investment properties. Sealy has participated in developments in Phoenix, AZ, Rio Grande Valley, TX, Austin , TX and Dallas, TX. These projects include distribution, flex and office investments. He is currently evaluating distribution and flex developments for expansion opportunities in our strategic markets. In addition to real estate interests, Michael is the family interests manager of venture investment interests in real estate, oil and gas, telecommunications and technology. Michael has participated in company design, capital funding operations, strategic planning and corporate management. Michael serves as an advisor to companies seeking strategic solutions which support corporate business plans. Michael graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in Economics. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Real Estate Counsel, and actively pursuing his CCIM designation.
