He brings to his clients the benefits of his vast experience in Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Management. For ten years (1975-1985), Roger was an Account Executive with Bozell and Jacobs Advertising in Dallas, Texas. Roger handled media, production and budgeting of national and international corporate activities. After working at Bozell and Jacobs, Roger worked with Beall-Ladymon Department Stores as Corporate Advertising Manager, Buyer, Sales Manager and finally as Vice-President of Merchandising. In addition, he was on the Board of Directors of Beall-Ladymon and was involved in all aspects of corporate planning and merchandising. Throughout his career, Roger developed valuable relationships with national retailers, wholesalers and financial institutions. These working relationships give Roger a thorough understanding of the corporate environment and contribute to his brokerage capabilities. Roger is a member of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of
