Voice: (877) 505-5070 Email: rogerdu@sealynet.com Roger Durham, Regional Manager in Sealy’s Forney, Texas office, oversees a portfolio of over 1.5 million square feet of industrial/warehouse projects in four locations. He joined the firm in June, 2000, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in all facets of leasing and property management. Roger currently oversees all management, leasing, and maintenance activities for more than 100 individual buildings from Houston to Nashville, including vendor and tenant relations, financial reporting, and capital improvement projects. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Texas. After serving in the U.S. Army in Vietnam, he returned to school at South Texas College of Law. Following a one-year internship with a Dallas law firm, he was admitted to the State Bar of Texas, and practiced law in Dallas for several years before beginning a career in real estate with the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad. Roger’s other real estate experience includes legal or property management positions with Electronic Data Systems and two national retail chains. He has held a Texas real estate license since 1994.
