Sealy, Jr., Leasing Director for Sealy and Company, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts of the company’s industrial portfolio which includes lease negotiations, budgeting, and strategic marketing. Prior to joining Sealy & Company, Inc., he was involved in leasing in Dallas, New Orleans and Baton Rouge with companies such as Fadoir Company, Sealy Real Estate Services, and First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. where he served as Director of Leasing and Marketing.As
Leasing Director for Sealy & Company, Inc., he has formed a cohesive
relationship between leasing and asset management, property management, and
third party listing agents. In 1995 Sealy obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in
Economics with an in emphasis in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He
is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and is
actively pursuing SIOR and CCIM designations.
