Todd has been with the firm since 1996 and has quickly accumulated nearly seven years of property management experience. After being promoted to Property Manager in August of 1999, Todd has overseen a variety of projects in 11 different markets across the country. He is currently responsible for a diverse portfolio consisting of two Class A high-rise office buildings, six industrial/warehouse projects, eight retail centers and four office-flex projects. His portfolio totals over 2.6 million square feet in size. He coordinates all management, leasing and maintenance activities for the properties, handles client and tenant relations, personnel management, financial analysis, and tenant improvement/capital improvement projects. Todd received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, and his Louisiana Real Estate License in 1999. He is an active member of several esteemed real estate organizations including the Shreveport-Bossier Board of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Dallas Chapter 14 of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and he is a board member for the Shreveport Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association.
