RESULTS
Sealy & Company has been focused on real estate investing for the last five decades. We have invested in over 300 projects in strategic markets across the sunbelt. Since 1990, we have completed over $4.8 billion in investment volume. We have materially outperformed industry benchmarks.

Our
History
Sealy & Company was originally founded as Sealy Realty Company, Inc. in 1946 by J. Pollard Sealy. For many years, Sealy's primary focus was on brokerage, valuation, and management services; however, it began investing in industrial real estate in major Southwest and Southeast markets shortly after Sealy's son, Scott P. Sealy, Sr., joined the firm in 1968. In 1981, Mark P. Sealy, J. Pollard Sealy's other son, also joined the firm. During the Sealy sons' tenure, the firm has expanded its real estate investment and operating focus placing an emphasis on industrial real estate properties. Over the company’s 70-year history the Sealy family has developed extensive contacts and forged strong relationships within many of the key industrial markets in the Southwestern and Southeastern United States.
OUR
Platform
Sealy has five fully staffed regional offices in its markets. Sealy believes having local market experts is key to identifying mis-priced and evolving market/product type opportunities more quickly than our competitors. We also believe having local internal leasing and management professionals maximizes the value creation process and returns for our investors.
Over the past seven decades, Sealy & Company developed a proprietary network of key local market participants in the Southeastern and Southwestern US real estate markets. This network, along with our local market professionals, creates a compelling competitive advantage for sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities throughout our markets.
Technology is essential to all we do at Sealy. We have made considerable investments in new technologies in the areas of financial technology, real-time market and performance data, marketing integration, and security to further support our competitive advantage. We employ and customize cutting-edge and easy-to-use systems that manage risk, create efficiencies, and promote transparency within the operating platform and our community of investors.

OUR
Professionals
Sealy’s executive team has been assembled over the past 20 years and shares individual histories of delivering outstanding results and a commitment to Sealy’s strategic goals. The executive team has over 150 years of combined experience at Sealy, creating extensive contacts and strong relationships within the industry and communities we serve.
