Position Summary 

This position has the responsibility of assisting in office administration, property management, leasing, and marketing of the portfolio, all in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This individual will develop knowledge and skills in the areas of lease administration, property management, office administration, marketing, and tenant relations.  

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:   

The Property Administrator supports daily operations by processing and coding invoices in P2P, maintaining vendor compliance, and managing vendor setup in Yardi. Responsibilities include tracking utilities, preparing and monitoring Sealy Service Orders (SSOs), maintaining electronic property and lease files, and entering compliance data in Yardi related to tenant visits, COIs, HVAC maintenance, and inspections. The role also assists with internal forms, expense reports, and payment forwarding. Regional duties may include general office administration, mail handling, purchasing supplies, coordinating tenant communications, and assisting with tenant relations, including welcome and holiday gifts. 

 

Qualifications:   

  • Minimum two (2) years of property management and/or commercial leasing office experience preferred. 
  • Experience with personal computer-based application software with intermediate utilization in spreadsheet applications.

 

Key Competencies  

  • Strong interpersonal relations/customer service skills are also required.  
  • Good organization and communication skills. 
  • Confident in working for several people at once and able to adapt to change. 
  • Careful proofreading of work and attachments before distribution to ensure accuracy is a requirement.
