Sealy & Company recently hosted our 3rd Annual Elite Brokerage Invitational an exclusive Southeast Industrial brokerage golf event at the Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA, attracting participants and spectators from key southeast industrial markets, including Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Texas, Georgia, and Louisiana. This prestigious event, attended by almost sixty players and numerous spectators, served as a testament to our commitment to building relationships within the industry while simultaneously giving back to the community.
The Elite Brokerage Invitational was more than a golf tournament; it was a celebration of community engagement and philanthropy. At the conclusion of the tournament the Invitational’s winning team has the opportunity to choose a charity of their choice to receive a $5,000 contribution in their honor. The 2024 winners of the Elite Brokerage Invitational are Willier Candler, Chad Stepp, Todd Harrell, and Pat Murphy. This year, for the third consecutive year, our winners chose to support the impactful initiatives of City of Refuge Atlanta. City of Refuge Atlanta operates in one of Atlanta’s most historic and underserved neighborhoods, where 40% of residents live below the Federal Poverty Level. Through comprehensive programs focusing on Health & Wellness, Housing, Job Training, and Youth Development, City of Refuge provides vital support to the local community. In 2023 alone, their efforts resulted in 705 job placements, 354 people housed, and 317,922 meals served, illustrating the tangible impact of their work.
