DALLAS, TX – January 2026 — Sealy & Company has earned the BOMA 360 Performance Program® designation for its industrial facility at 6165 East Holmes Road in Memphis, Tennessee, effective December 3, 2025. This designation marks Sealy & Company’s fourth BOMA 360 certification within the past year and the ninth across its national industrial portfolio.

Executing the Standard at the Property Level

The 76,000-square-foot East Holmes Road facility is located within Memphis’ Southeast industrial submarket, the region’s largest and most active industrial corridor. The property supports logistics and distribution users operating within one of the most interconnected industrial markets in the central U.S.
At East Holmes Road, the BOMA 360 designation was earned through a coordinated effort between property management, the tenant, and third-party service providers, focused on preparation, documentation, and continuity.
