The Strategy in Action
Three acquisitions completed this year demonstrate how that strategy is applied across both new and established Sealy markets.
In Omaha, the firm made its first-ever acquisition in Nebraska: 5607 Lindbergh Drive, a fully leased, 90,000-square-foot industrial facility in the city’s Northeast industrial submarket. Built in 1996 on 7.64 acres, the property sits near Eppley Airfield and Interstate 680, marking Sealy & Company’s entry into Nebraska following the market-selection criteria applied across its existing portfolio.
Sealy & Company continued to build on its established presence in Houston with the acquisition of the 610 Inner Loop Portfolio, comprising two fully occupied industrial properties totaling approximately 323,042 square feet. The portfolio includes 3401–3403 Navigation Boulevard, totaling 238,011 square feet with 47 dock-high doors, and 7510 Ardmore Street, totaling 85,031 square feet, including 11,633 square feet of office space. Both properties sit near the Port of Houston and Houston Ship Channel, adding to the firm’s established presence in the market.
In Kansas City, Sealy & Company acquired Raymore Commerce Center Building 2, a 498,599-square-foot Class A cross-dock distribution facility along the I-49 corridor south of the city. Built in 2023 and fully occupied, the property features 36-foot clear heights, 50 dock-high doors, and proximity to the CPKC Intermodal Facility.
