CBRE has secured a new 349.929-square-foot lease at 5300 Allen K. Breed Highway in Lakeland, Fla.  LIST Logistics will occupy the entire Building 300 at Key Logistics Center.

David Murphy and Monica Wonus with CBRE represented the landlord, Sealy & Company, in lease negotiations.  Jared Bonshire with Cushman and Wakefield represented the Tenant.

Built in 2019, Key Logistics Center is a class A, state-of-the-art, multi-building industrial park.  Building 300 features 3,623-square-feet of speculative office, cross-dock loading, 36-foot clear ceiling height, 104 dock doors, four ramps, an ESFR sprinkler system, and access to an adjacent trailer parking yard.

The property has immediate access to County Line Road and U.S. Highway 92.  It is located less than a mile from the Polk Parkway and one mile from Interstate 4.

CBRE is also marketing the 491,929-square-foot Building 200 at Key Logistics Center.
