Sealy & Company, a fully-integrated commercial real estate investment and operating company and recognized leader in the industrial real estate market, announces the acquisition of Johns Creek Value & Income Portfolio, a 277,201 SF single-story office portfolio. The Portfolio is at the heart of the affluent and award-winning master-planned community of Johns Creek in metro Atlanta’s North Fulton submarket.
