Atlanta, GA — Sealy & Company hosted its 5th Annual Elite Brokerage Invitational on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the Cherokee Town & Country Club, continuing to build on a signature tradition centered on relationship development across the Southeast’s industrial real estate community.
What began in 2022 as a targeted initiative has evolved into a highly anticipated annual touchpoint for top brokers and Sealy leadership alike.
“What started as a simple idea to bring elite industrial brokers together has grown into something far more meaningful,” said John Nida, Investment Services – Southeast Region. “This event is ultimately about relationships. It’s about strengthening them, expanding them, and creating space for authentic connection outside of day-to-day deal flow.”
Now in its fifth year, the Invitational brought together brokers from more than 10 markets across the Southeast, including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, and beyond. The event also saw active participation from Sealy & Company executives, who joined throughout the programming to engage directly with market leaders and reinforce those critical relationships that drive the firm’s investment strategy.
The experience kicked off the evening prior with a cocktail social hosted by Barbara and Frank Bazzel, setting the tone for a relationship-first environment focused on reconnecting and building new connections ahead of the following day’s play.
Tuesday’s half-day golf event delivered both competition and camaraderie, with a slight assist from Mother Nature. Morning showers challenged the traditional tournament format. Still, the group took it in stride, proving that even a little rain couldn’t dampen the conversations, laughter, or overall momentum of the day.
