For the last several years, Sealy & Company has contributed to local Ronald McDonald House chapters near our properties in honor of our tenants.  These donations assist in helping families stay together and find support during challenging times.  When the best medical treatment for a child is far from home, Ronald McDonald House programs ensure families have a place to stay where they can be together, enjoy home-cooked meals, and receive compassionate support from staff and volunteers—all steps from the hospital.  With over 1,000 programs in 62 countries and millions of families supported yearly, Ronald McDonald House Charities remains a vital resource for families facing unimaginable challenges. 

In addition to these donations, our teams are spreading holiday cheer by delivering festive treats such as cookies, coffee, and tacos to tenants to show our appreciation during this season of giving.  Beyond simple gestures, these efforts reflect our commitment to building personal connections with our tenants.  By engaging with them face-to-face, we aim to create a sense of community and partnership that sets us apart as property managers and owners.  Our hands-on approach to property management demonstrates the care and dedication we bring to every property we manage, creating strong relationships with our tenants to enhance their experience.
Sealy & Company is also proud to participate in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program, purchasing holiday gifts for children in need.  The Salvation Army Angel Tree Program helps provide Christmas gifts for hundreds of thousands of children nationwide each year.  Once a child or senior adult has been registered and accepted as an Angel, their Christmas wish list is shared with donors in the community who purchase gifts of new clothing and toys.  The gifts are then distributed to each family to place under their Christmas tree.  To Sealy & Company, participating in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program represents more than just providing gifts—it is about being in a position to make a real difference for families in the regions where we operate.  

Sealy & Company is also honored to support The Gingerbread House Children's Advocacy Center in Shreveport, Louisiana.  For over 15 years, Sealy & Company has been proud to partner with this vital organization, which works to lessen the trauma experienced by child abuse victims during investigations and legal proceedings.  The Gingerbread House provides essential services, including forensic interviews, trauma-informed counseling, family advocacy, and prevention education, as well as a 24-hour emergency response team for victims of human trafficking.  In addition to our sponsorship, Sealy & Company employees have adopted families during the holidays, donating various household needs, toys, clothes, and other gifts to bring joy and relief to families in need.  Each year, we typically meet the needs of at least 6-10 children, ensuring they experience the season's magic.  This year, we also continued our sponsorship of the annual "Partners in Prevention Luncheon," which raises critical funds to support the Gingerbread House's mission.    Our ongoing support reflects Sealy & Company's belief in protecting the most vulnerable members of our community and fostering safer, more compassionate environments for all.

Geaux 4 Kids is a nonprofit organization helping children entering foster care through its Project Geaux Bags™ program.  These overnight bags are filled with essentials like clothing, toiletries, blankets, toys, snacks, and letters of encouragement to provide comfort during a child's first 24-48 hours in protective custody.  Since its founding in 2013, Geaux 4 Kids has assembled over 19,000 Geaux Bags, investing over $3 million directly into helping children in crisis across Louisiana and East Texas.
